Weight watchers

I’ve made a decision and I know I’m gonna hate myself in the morning. Maybe even sooner.
I need to lose some weight. I’ve been talking to my brother and we have come to the same conclusion. Losing weight is not something you just do. Going on a diet never works. You need to change, rearrange your lifestyle. The reason you’re “heavy” is because of the life style you already have. A diet is just a temporary solution. As soon as you’re of the diet you will gain weight again. So in order to have your ideal weight you need to change the life style that made you “heavy”.
Changing to your new life style isn’t an easy task. I need some outside stimulation to keep my lifestyle etc. So I’m gonna use you guys as a stimulation. This is what I was thinking.
If you are ashamed of something and you keep it a secret, you are gonna work hard to keep the secret. If you let the world know about your shame you’re gonna put all the energy in changing that shame to something different.
So this is what I’m gonna do. In the coming week I’m gonna buy a scale. And use it every 1-2 weeks. I’ll make a page in which I tell this story and keep graphic of my weight.
My goal is to lose 10-15 kilo. I’ll do this by changing diet; more vegetables, less fat. And of course sports. I used to be a fighter and a swimmer. It’s about time to do that again.
As soon as the scale is bought the page will be posted.
